Note: These are considered obsolete and should not be used unless directed to by technical support. Unless otherwise instructed, please use the 32-bit versions available here.

The following setup files are available. Each should be used once when setting up a new computer. They can be run in any order.

You may either just (left) click an entry to download and run it, or you may right-click and select Save target as... to download to a folder of your choice and then run at your convienence.

• Original order entry system (Perform software upgrade after installing this)
• Palm Desktop 4.0.1, except Vista (Required to obtain USB device drivers for sync operations)
• Palm Desktop 4.1.4e for Vista, except TX (Required for combatibility with Windows Vista)
• Palm Desktop 6.2 for Vista with TX (Required for combatibility with Windows Vista and the TX)

Note: When installing under Vista, save the file instead of opening it directly. Once saved to your computer, instead of launching it with a double-click, right click the setup file and select "Run as Administrator". This is needed under Vista when User Access Control (UAC) is enabled, which it is by default.
